We’re the home of all the best brands in the business; including Samsonite Luggage, Antler Luggage, Hedgren, Caribee Backpacks, Black WolfModapelle Handbags, Milleni Handbags, Paklite Luggage, Pacsafe, and many more. These brands are the best for a reason – they’re sturdy. They’re also backed by a full manufacturers warranty. And that is why Desa Handbags and Luggage supports and sells only the best.

Our refund and exchange policy

We’re 99.9% sure you’ll be thrilled with your order. However, in the rare case that you’re not, we’re happy to exchange the item. Here are our policies:

Desa Handbags and Luggage are happy to offer a full refund for the price of the good (excluding all delivery charges) or exchange on damaged goods within 14 days of purchase.

If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.  Products must be returned to our Crows Nest store at the customers' expense (see the contact us page for store locations). Our regular delivery charges will be incurred by the customer to dispatch the change of mind item.

To be entitled to a refund or exchange, all products must be unused and in their original condition with the tags still attached and a Desa receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns under warranty

Rest assured, every item sold at Desa Handbags and Luggage is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Warranties differ depending on the brand, manufacturer and product. For more information on specific warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly. (See our warranty page for a full list of all our suppliers and their contact details.

Defective or damaged goods

O-oh, please immediately contact us if the product you ordered arrives in defective or damaged condition. That’s never our intension and must clearly be a mistake. They do happen very, very rarely. Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced immediately at no extra cost to you (with a virtual sorry stamp attached). Please note: You must contact us within one week of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original condition with the tags still attached and a Desa receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.

Damage caused by airlines

Those naughty airlines, we know how they love to toss your bags around and that’s why they need to take responsibility for their carelessness. If your bag is damaged by an airline, you should immediately file a damage claim with the airline before you’ve left the airport.

You should also know that most manufacturer's warranties do not cover abuse or mishandling. So if the airline has damaged your bag, you need to make sure you take it up with them - not the manufacturer or supplier.
